Health Services
Finding a new primary care provider and specialized services for your child.
Private Insurance – Call the number on the back of your insurance card or visit their website to find a provider covered by your insurance
State Insurance – To apply for Washington State insurance visit https://www.wahealthplanfinder.org/
Primary Care Provider (PCP) – Your insurance should have a list of providers that are covered under your insurance.
Specialists/Therapy services – Insurance providers will be able to give you a list as well of providers they cover, you can also do a search online or if you’d like a list you may call or email us.
Social Services
If you are receiving services in your current state you may need to transfer or reapply for Social Security and DDA (Developmental Disabilities Administration).
