The Access to Recreation program helps ensure that individuals with disabilities can fully participate in Vancouver’s community classes and activities. Washington State Parks Disability Pass
Free Access & Camping Discounts
Washington residents with qualifying disabilities (including IDD) can apply for a free Disability Pass. This includes free parking at all state parks without needing a Discover Pass, a 50% discount on nightly camping and moorage fees, and access to ADA-accessible campsites. The pass is valid for 1 or 5 years and is renewable.

Lifetime Disabled Veteran Pass
Complimentary State Park Access for Veterans
Veterans who are Washington residents with a 30% or greater service-connected disability can receive a lifetime free pass to Washington State Parks. This pass provides free day-use parking, boat launch access, trailer dump use, free camping or moorage, and no reservation fees.

Everybody Plays! Recreation Scholarship
Tuition Assistance for Recreation Programs
This scholarship offers a 50% discount on recreation program fees for eligible Vancouver residents, including those with developmental disabilities. Once approved, the discount is automatically applied to qualifying registrations for the rest of the calendar year.
